We host all types of weddings – from intimate to grand. Each wedding is different, and so are the requirements. We provide your Tailor made package as per your requirements.
Yes, Suryakund is built with a purpose, to give you a grand wedding experience in Mumbai. We would request you to make the booking in advance so that we ensure privacy and pay personalised attention to all your wedding festivities.
Our venue is very spacious and totally suitable for large wedding parties. It has a carpet area of 34,000 ft.² We have widespread outdoor spaces that can easily accommodate more than 700 guests.
Suryakund is known for providing exceptional in-house catering services. Our culinary experts offer a diverse menu selection and prepare exquisite cuisines. However, we also welcome external caterers upon your request and with dedicated royalty charges of ₹200 per plate per meal. All we wish is that your wedding turns out perfect.
Yes, luxurious on-site lodging accommodation is available at Suryakund. Our cottage rooms are elegantly designed, allowing your guests to relax and refresh amidst the wedding festivities.
Yes, we do provide a Bride & groom changing rooms, there are dedicated spaces within Suryakund for bride & groom and their loved ones. Here, they can prepare and relax before the wedding ceremony begins.
Without a doubt, yes. Not just wedding and reception, we can host your entire wedding festivities. Our venue can be turned around for both – your wedding and reception ceremony. Rest assured, our planners will ensure that the venue is prepared exactly as you imagine. The cherry on the cake is you get everything under one roof.
Yes, definitely, we can. Our decor team will help you with cost effective options and we can plan accordingly.
We offer both – an alluring venue and exceptional wedding planning services. Our in-house wedding planners take care of every aspect – we have enough services for catering, Decor, photography, Rental Designer outfits, Professional makeup and hairstyling, Vintage Car etc. They’re at your service always and ensure that the event is executed flawlessly.
In India, weddings keep happening almost throughout the year. So, we recommend that you secure the venue at least 6-8 months in advance. During peak wedding seasons, we would recommend that you do it at least 8-12 months in advance to lock your desired date.
Decor packages are separate and we customise it as per your requirement and need. Also we have a standard decor package that you can discuss with our decor team director.
Yes, complimentary parking is available with valet parking service. Our venue accompanies a huge parking space. Your need not worry about this aspect at all, we have got you covered.
At Suryakund, we allow you to get your own alcohol. However, we apply a reasonable corkage fee. Within the venue, we can serve alcohol from our end too on request. For more clarity, feel free to contact our catering team.
We adhere to local noise regulations that are already set. To ensure that your event is harmonious, we typically look to limit the sound levels to the permissible limits beyond 11pm, but the celebrations and festivities can go on.
We have hosted multiple weddings and our planners have contacts of the best vendors for every need. Rest assured of exceptional quality services. Do know, we don’t mind working with your chosen vendors. All we look forward to is crafting a memorable experience for you and your loved ones.
Yes, of course, Suryakund is available for all kinds of events like fashion shows, concerts, corporate events, etc
The per day venue rental fee for Suryakund is ₹2,50,000 and for the lawn is ₹75,000. This price is subject to change without notice.
The rental free is from 8AM to 11 PM. Overtime charges would be 20,000 per hour.
The security deposit is ₹1,00,000, this is refunded after five working days from the event.
To confirm your booking, you need to pay 30% and the remaining amount is payable 15 days before the event date. We accept Cash and online payments. Card payments are not accepted.
In case of cancellation, you need to inform us on email. The booking amount is not refundable. In case you wish to reschedule, the booking amount would be adjusted accordingly
In case you get your own Caterer, we will provide them with an outdoor space, with electric and water supply, where they can build a mandup
18% GST is applicable on venue rentals and 5% GST is applicable on Food and beverages
Yes, sure, we can arrange food testing. Please get in touch with our Catering team.
Chairs and tables are provided by The venue. Rest of the things will be arranged by the Decor and Catering team, respectively.
His bar staff would be available at an additional cost. Please get in touch with the Event team for the same.
Since the venue is exclusive, We don’t allow outside decor vendors.
Yes, you can use all of them, but you need to ensure that there is no damage to any property. In case of any damages, it will be deducted from the security deposit.
